The YD-R Series wrap around labeling machine is a rotary hot melt glue labeler that can handle round bottle packaging shapes and perform wrap-around labeling. Depending on actual application requirements and variations in bottle sizes and label specifications, this round label applicator offers a choice of multiple tool platforms, which determines the possible production capacity and enable diverse functions. The wrap around labeling machine comes with 6-, 8-, 12-, 16- or 20-platform rotary tool base depending on the speed requirements and number of label applicators.

 

The wrap around labeling machine for bottles operates at the impressive speed range of 130 to 460 containers per minute. (Depending upon the label length). It it suitable for bottles with diameters ranging from 40mm to 100mm round shape bottle labeling application as mineral water bottles, drink bottles, glass bottles, sanitizer bottles, etc.
