Self Adhesive Labeling Machine

YD Pack Rotary Self-Adhesive Labeling Machines are engineered for medium to high‑speed production lines, offering the flexibility to apply wrap‑around, partial, front, back, neck, or cap labels. They are compatible with a wide variety of containers and bottles made of glass, plastic, or metal.

Each machine features a rotating carousel with individual plates that securely hold each container in place. A top‑applied head gently presses down to ensure consistent, precise label placement.

The plate movement can be precisely controlled via a mechanical cam or an electronic cam system driven by servomotors. When integrated with inspection and control systems, this allows for advanced container orientation and exceptionally accurate labeling alignment.
