Our innovative rotary platform integrates multiple labeling technologies into a single system, featuring interchangeable units that can be mounted on removable carousels or independent carts for easy production line reconfiguration. Each labeling unit operates autonomously, supporting both pressure-sensitive and hot-melt applications. Designed for continuous operation, the modular labeling machine YD-VI-16SA efficiently handles diverse labeling requirements from intricate designs to high-volume production. The standard configuration features a precision 16-platform rotary base with independently servo-driven stations, ensuring accurate labeling performance. This modular approach provides manufacturers with adaptable, high-performance labeling solutions tailored to modern production needs.

 

The modular labeling machine YD-VI-16SA is available with an 8-, 12-, 16-, 20-, or 24-platform rotary tool base, depending on speed requirements and the number of label applicators. Each rotary base is equipped with an individual servo motor for high-accuracy labeling at high speeds. This versatility not only reduces operating costs, but also allows greater responsiveness to changing trends.
