Classification Of Self-Adhesive Labeling Machines

Based on the labeling material, self-adhesive labeling machines are primarily categorized as paper labelers and plastic labelers. Paper labelers are typically used for labeling products that don't require cutting or bundling, such as glass bottles and cans; plastic labelers are suitable for products that require cutting and bundling, such as pharmaceutical bottles and plastic bottles.

Based on their operating method, self-adhesive labeling machines can be categorized as manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic. Manual operation is simpler and relatively low-cost, making it suitable for small- to medium-volume production. Semi-automatic operation requires manual insertion or tapping of labels, making it suitable for small to medium-volume production. Fully automatic operation requires the installation of sensors and computers for automated identification and labeling, making it suitable for high-volume production lines.
