Self-Adhesive Labeling Machine Maintenance Tips

1. Keep the Equipment Clean
Keeping the equipment clean can effectively prevent equipment malfunctions caused by contamination. We recommend regularly inspecting and cleaning the labeling machine, especially for ink residue and label adhesive residue from the printing machine. Avoid using wire brushes or other sharp objects to clean the machine to prevent damage to the surface.

2. Regular Lubrication
Regular lubrication can effectively reduce equipment wear and ensure long-term stable operation. Check the lubricant reservoir regularly and add appropriate lubricant as needed. Lubricant should also be injected into all friction surfaces during idle time to maintain lubrication.

3. Maintain the Crankshaft and Bearings
The crankshaft and bearings are core components of the machine. Poor operation can lead to equipment failure. We recommend regularly inspecting the crankshaft and bearings for wear and replacing them promptly.

4. Keep the Machine's Electrical System Clean
Due to the accumulation of dust and dirt during operation, this can affect the machine's proper operation. Therefore, we recommend keeping the machine's electrical system clean and regularly checking the wiring connections in the electrical control cabinet to identify and eliminate potential hazards.

5. Maintain the air system.
The air system must be dry, clean, and free of oil and water. If the air pressure is unstable, check the air connections for looseness or damage. If so, repair or replace them promptly.

6. Thoroughly clean the equipment when it is shut down.
When the equipment is shut down, remove any unused labels to prevent them from remaining inside the device and affecting normal operation. Also, turn off the power switch immediately to put the machine into sleep mode.
