How to Adjust a Hot Melt Labeling Machine
Adjusting the labeling position of a hot melt labeling machine involves several key parameters: horizontal position relative to the product edge (±0.5mm tolerance), vertical height recommended to be 3-5mm, angle adjustment range 0°-30°, and pressure valve setting 0.2-0.4MPa. Improper adjustment can lead to label shifting, glue overflow, or wrinkling. This can be addressed by adjusting the conveyor belt parallelism, photoelectric sensor sensitivity, hot melt machine temperature (150-180°C), and glue output (0.1-0.3g/label). Regular maintenance includes weekly cleaning of the labeling head and guide rails and monthly verification of labeling position deviation (error exceeding ±1mm requires recalibration).
